The Senior Event Producer is the operational and creative backbone of AKJOHNSTON's experiential work, transforming concepts into flawlessly executed experiences. Reporting to the Director of Production and collaborating closely with Creative and Client teams, this hands-on leader manages all project details, budgets, and delivery across multiple programs, including developing timelines, overseeing vendors, and ensuring budget and creative alignment. They are essential for onsite logistics and team management, acting as the calm center during execution. This role requires both operational excellence and creative problem-solving, involving mentoring junior staff, safeguarding processes, and upholding AKJ's production standards, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure every project is delivered with the signature AKJ precision, accountability, and energy.
