You will work closely with Producers and Coordinators to ensure seamless event logistics and administrative support.

The Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of events, experiential programs , and convention booth activations across a wide range of client industries. This role involves client communication, budgeting, timeline management, coordination with internal departments, and oversight of vendors, staff, and production logistics. Professionalism, discretion, and leadership are essential.

The Senior Producer serves as a key liaison between the Director of Production, internal teams, and high-profile clients. This role combines top-tier production leadership with staff development oversight, ensuring smooth project execution and a high-performing team.
